Assist in maintaining, updating, encoding, and monitoring centralized databases and records related to research projects, publications, equipment inventory, Performance-Based Management System (PBMS), International Publication Award (IPA), Research Load Credit, Research Grants, and other institutional activities.
Assist in preparing, consolidating, organizing, filing, scanning, digitizing, and archiving research, publication, inventory, and institutional records, reports, and supporting documents.
Assist in drafting and updating project information in research databases/portals and monitoring submission of reports and supporting documents.
Assist in preparing and consolidating research-related news, announcements, and updates for posting on the Institute website and social media accounts.
Assist in responding to inquiries, receiving and forwarding calls/emails, and coordinating with laboratories and relevant offices regarding research-related concerns and documentation requirements.
Performs other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Director/Officer-in-Charge/Supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Must have good writing and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
Has knowledge in Database Management
