Assist in the preparation, updating, and maintenance of academic records, institutional databases, and supporting documents related to academic monitoring, reporting, Quality Assurance, and other institutional requirements.
Gather, encode, verify, and update data related to academic, instructional, faculty, student, research, extension, and institutional activities for monitoring, assessment, and reporting purposes.
Develop and produce communication and information materials that support and promote the Institute's research activities, academic programs, extension work, public service initiatives, and accomplishments.
Assist in organizing, collating, scanning, filing, indexing, and digitizing faculty records, student records, academic reports, institutional files, and communication materials to ensure proper documentation, accessibility, and records preservation.
Coordinate with faculty, students, staff, and relevant offices regarding the submission of records, requests for documents, institutional reports, communication materials, and other academic and administrative requirements.
Performs other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Director/Officer-in-Charge/Supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferably with at least 1 year experience or training in quality assurance, data management, or science communication
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other Google or relevant digital communication and documentation tools
