Duties and Responsibilities
1. Academic Records Assistance
- Assist in the preparation, updating, and organization of student and faculty academic records;
- Support Processing of registration matters; enrollment data, and related documents;
- Encode and maintain database for student grades, program of study, and faculty records;
2. Clerical and Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing, collating, and submitting academic-related documents (e.g., Student Evaluation of Teachers, Faculty Service Records, grade sheets).
- Handle photocopying, filing, and posting of announcements and correspondences.
- Maintain systematic filing and organization of academic documents.
3. Coordination and Information Dissemination
- Assist in coordinating with students, faculty, and administrative staff regarding academic process, scholarships, and grants.
- Support scheduling, room assignments, and class uploads in the CRS.
- Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and other stakeholders.
4. Faculty Meeting and Academic Event support
- Assist in organizing and scheduling faculty meeting, including logistical arrangements.
- Take down and transcribe minutes of meetings.
- Support coordination for faculty fieldwork and special class adjustments.
5. Performs other tasks and duties that maybe assigned from time to time by the Director/Officer-in-Charge/Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Must have good writing and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Has knowledge in Database Management
Requirements

- Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017) with signature and recent photo taken within the last six (6) months
- Diploma, Transcript of Records (TOR), and Certificate/s of training attended.
