Duties and Responsibilities
Research and Publication
- Provides support in maintaining office and other research facilities
- Assists the Building Administrator in coordinating maintenance requests, repairs, and facility upkeep
- Helps with inventory management and monitoring of research equipment and other facility resources
- Assists in organizing, documenting, and managing condemned or unserviceable items related inventory records.
- Assists in lifting materials, setting up equipment, and other general support tasks when needed
- Performs other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Director/Officer-in-Charge/Supervisor
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job, or with earned college units
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Physically capable of assisting with lifting upkeep, and general maintenance work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of inventory management, property monitoring , and facility support services
- Familiarity with database management and documentation processes is an advantage

- Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017) with signature and recent photo taken within the last six (6) months
- Diploma, transcript of Records (TOR), and Certificate/s of training attended
